Bureau of Building Management is responsible for building management, maintenance, and tenant occupancy services for over 30 DOA state office buildings totaling approximately 6 million square feet of space throughout the state.
Bureau of Real Estate Management consists of: a) Space Management and a Facilities Management call center which supports DOA State-Owned buildings and b) Real Estate section responsible for leasing private sector property for use by State Agencies and attached Boards and the sale and purchase of State-Owned property.
